Teacher of Geography
FULL TIME, PERMANENT
MPR/UPR (suitable for ECT’s)
We are looking for a committed and passionate teacher to join our Geography Department on a permanent basis from September 2025.
You would be expected to teach Geography to KS3 and KS4, so the successful candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the GCSE Curriculum. Although not essential, previous experience of teaching Geography at A-level would be an advantage.
Huntington is an 11-18 co-educational comprehensive school with a Sixth Form taking our total student numbers to approximately 1516, which includes over 300 students in the Sixth Form. Our students achieve excellent results, year-in, year-out, both at GCSE and A-level.
Our recent Ofsted Inspection recognised that ‘The curriculum is far-reaching, diverse and exciting. The pupils at this school know what they are learning and why.
