Research School Administrator

TEMPORARY FROM JANUARY 2026 UNTIL JANUARY 2027

Grade 5

£26,748 - £27,935 (£15,518 - £16,207 pro rata)

25 hours a week, Term time only

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join Huntington Research School, providing a full range of administrative and project support service. This is a dynamic role that supports the Research School’s mission to promote evidence-informed practice across Yorkshire & Humber and nationally.

While your primary focus will be supporting the Research School, you will also be expected to work flexibly across the wider school as needed. This may include assisting with general administrative duties or supporting other departments during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and developing administrative systems and processes to support the delivery of research-based guidance and resources.
  • Curating and publishing blogs, podcasts, and video content from specialists to share across our network of schools.
  • Maintaining and developing the Research School website and social media presence to build engagement and visibility.
  • Supporting project management activities including budget monitoring, milestone tracking, and partnership communications.
  • Producing reports, analysing data using Excel and Google Analytics, and supporting financial returns and grant reporting.
  • Coordinating meetings, minute-taking, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful applicant would have experience of managing complex administrative tasks, confidence to work independently and have excellent communication and organisational skills. Competent IT skills is essential and previous experience of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace would be advantageous.
